We got hit by the COVID delays (we were prewarned) and had to cancel our order with Rowes. They made it very easy and were able to do a good deal on floor stock as we were in a pickle. They sell high quality furniture. Only advise I would give is that you need to ring them if you want updates. They are always friendly when you phone. Delays in orders are dependent on what they have in stock in Australia and what company you are ordering from. John gives accurate advise on what you can expect.

After purshasing a mattress from Rowes it started sagging and we had no choice but to take it back for assessment. I understand product fail from time to time however It has been over 3 weeks now and nobody has even made contact with me regarding a solution. A serious lack of customer service and common curtesy to at least communicate with a customer. No excuse for that treatment. I am still without a mattress and this is a major inconvenience to me and my family. I will never support this business again

If possible I would give no stars at all! Went to Rowes on Tuesday to purchase a couch. Customer service was non existent. I guess at least one woman lifted her head from her laptop, and looked at us whilst she was chewing gum. That was the only acknowledgement that we were in the shop!Disappointing effort Rowes.

Enquired about purchasing a bedroom set from here. No response at all. Gave up after a few weeks. Very rude. Took my $4000 to Harvey Norman who were more than happy to assist.

The staff here are golden! Had such good banter when I came to pick up a painting I purchased over email.The whole system was seamless and I couldn’t fault the team!
