If I could rate this website 0 I would!I ordered this item for a kids birthday when it arrived it wouldn’t work, I called Sam, he advised me to read the manual but still wouldn’t work.. after a few attempts it finally started and cut out again. I decided to return this item, had to pay $70 for shipping to get it back to the store, mind you this was within the 7 day period.. I get an email today from Sam saying that the bike works fine, and stickers were missing from the box, and the manual, not to mention I’ll pay for the shipping again..everything that was received was sent back to him as I only had the bike here for 2 days and the poor kid wasn’t even able to ride it. This is the problem buying from a small business.. I have done everything correctly and sent back in original condition and still can’t get a refund. Defiantly won’t be buying from here again!!!
