Burwood Nails Town

I asked for an acrylic fullset of brown ombre. She unnecessarily expressed her disdain for the length and shape I wanted so we went with a square.Everything was fine til she blended the ombre with A BRUSH which came out streaky and when I saw how bad it was I asked to fix it and make it all brown. She tried to persuade me that it looked good and even showed my hand to the customer next to me for approval.They looked bad and she didn't do what I asked.When paying by card. They gave me a personal BSB and bank number to transfer money into.

Great service. Lady was very helpful and patient, nails look great. Only thing is some prices aren’t accurate on the brochure so it’s better to ask about it beforehand.

Went to remove manicure and asked for price. Lady did not answer when I asked for price and just started. She couldn't be bothered to do the normal procedure and got me to dunk my entire hand in chemicals for 20minutes. My skin has started peeling off and to top that off she has made me pay $30 for something that can be done for $20 elsewhere without ruining your hands. Now my hand is covered with peeling skin. Do not go here. Anywhere is better than here. It seems the girl next to me also had a horrible experience here. Want to give 0 stars if I could.

Kim was really lovely and I got my pedi done for a very reasonable price

It was my first time to this shop, i come for pedicuree i pick a white color.The old lady recommended me add some bling stuff only for the two big toes because is close to X’mas, It was very good service at the beginning, but i still feel all white looks nicer.So i request she do again for the only 2 toes.But she make my toes bleeding and no put the base coat before the color.I still pay the full amount but the service is not good at the end

I came here instead of going to the big nail chain with a thought of helping small business.I regret it.Easily the worst place ever to do your nails. An angry lady did my nails (I think she got some problem with her boss or something because she complained that she was doing too much). She was very rude and harsh when handling my toes. She cut the skin around my big toe, I realised that after I felt a sting around my big toe when my feet are in the water. I should've left immediately that time but I didn't, and yes I feel stupid. I stayed. But after I left the place, I was very scared I'm gonna catch whatever disease from the wound. The lady didn't even say sorry when I told her about this, she just said: Oh
