Results Laser & Cosmetic Clinic - Brunswick

I had appointment with laser result clinic in 706 Sydney Rd, Brunswick VIC 3056 at 4pm 23/7/2022 but when I came to the clinic it was closed. I got a missed call this morning but there was no message left. So I expected if the clinic changed my appointment at least to give me a text sms if u can’t contact me, and at least call or text me few time before appointment date. I left a positive review about the clinic cause I felt the employee done a good job for me, but I’m really disappointed with customer service recently cause this is the second time you have changed my appointment and the second time without notice. I prepaid for my hair laser removal 3 more times.I expected u give me the the answer cause of wasting my time to come to the clinic. I gave the clinic a call, but it sounds like it’s not really apology and make thing changes or tried to work on it, cause I had no idea your open time even on the web said Monday to Saturday, but employee said it opens only Wednesday to Saturday, so why don’t u change it on the website too? It makes ppl confuse, only one employee worked there and no phone number to contact direct to them when you are really have issue with them cause when i called the office number, their answer was they had no idea why the clinic in that location is closed, I would like never come back there again. They took my money and didn’t do the job.

I've been to a few different clinics for laser, and this is definitely the best of them. I've had one technician who I don't believe was very well trained and had a poor manner, which is the only reason they're not getting 5 stars. All other technicians have been polite, efficient and thorough. I have really stubborn hair and I've seen pretty great results! Considering the price you're paying for laser hair removal (I've struggled to find anything cheaper in Melbourne that doesn't look like a heroin den), this is a great place! Highly recommended.

I've been to a few laser clinics and this place is the worst I have ever experienced. The girls on reception are rude, so the service overall was disgusting. Rushed treatment which didn't even work after 6 months of getting work done. Voiced my issue and they did nothing about it, so basically all my money went down the drain because of their girls that have very little amount of knowledge of what their doing. Do not go here. Worst laser clinic in Melbourne.

I'm extremely disappointed this clinic. I and my friends came there for consultant and bought the packages for chemical peel and facial needling, and they said we can call them for booking, or book online, or email, they will reply us anytime.But after the payment, we have try to call them for hundred of times to making appointments and nobody pick up the phones. I have emailed them, but nobody reply after until know (nearly 2 months)Then we called for customer service system to book first appointment for the treatments, then they called back to cancel.After that we made another appointment 2 weeks before, then they called back to cancel again just a day before our appointments while I and my friend have taken days off in our working place. This was the second times we both taking day off to come for the treatment, but both have canceled.We are never know how good is their technique, but I could said they are very unprofessional with the way of taking customer's booking. Unfortunately, I and my friends desired to come there to take refund back.

1st experience: didn't know much about laser so wanted some information so I went to the shop on Sydney Rd ,the door was open, walked in and took a seat in the waiting room - waited over 15 minutes, said hello

Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. This company has no ethics, and their therapist do half-hearted job. They cant even do a simple laser treatment! The lady at their Brunswick clinic, needs to a course to learn how to do laser treatments. She is highly ill-equipped and does not even know how to do a proper job. Whats even more worst - is their customer service which is far worst than their therapist. So save yourself and go somewhere else that values your business.

Stay away, like the plague. This is the worst hair removal business I have ever visited - for safety, hygiene as well as professionalism. They're locking the door after several burglaries when no one was at reception; so if you arrive and they're busy with someone else, you could wait on the street for 10-15 minutes. The staff are young and unprofessional. I had a staff member tell me all about her experience of removing hair from a transwoman - I didn't ask, I don't want to know about other clients.The treatment rooms are disgusting - not cleaned between appointments, you can see other people's hair on the beds. Weirdly, at the end of the treatment, they just dump some aloe vera gel in your hands and it's up to you to try and rub it on the affected areas. But most importantly, they're unsafe in their hair removal practice. I asked for laser on my chin - one time one of the women quickly moved all the way up the side of my face and into my hair! As if I had a beard with side chops! I had three or four treatments there, and decided enough was enough. Started at new hair removal clinic this week - THEY HAVE TOLD ME NEVER TO LASER THE CHIN. Apparently it's well known that because the chin is a hormonal area, lasering it will INCREASE hair follicle growth. (Apparently you have to use electrolysis for it.) I was wondering why the hair was increasing! Honestly, just stay away from this place.

Horrible! I have had the run-around from these guys for the past 3 weeks trying to get a refund for a eye-lift treatment package I purchased for $300 that didn't work. According to the call center - 'management doesn't work Fridays', 'only calls from private numbers' (and doesn't leave messages) and 'is on holidays' (quite frequently from the sounds of things). I've been conned. I would recommend you steer well clear of Results Laser Clinic.

Not good - I bought an 8 pack and it was always a bit average however the last time was truly terrible. Skimmed over the legs barely zapping, paid extra for another area and did a half job of it. I don't usually write reviews but this was such a poor job and such poor value for money. Would rather pay more and have a proper job done so I'm not wasting 4-6 weeks and only getting half the job done. Staff couldn't care less and hard to get anyone on the phone to book an apt - kept directing to a fax machine.

Excellent. Laser Technician (Natalie) was trained and extremely knowledgeable. Premises was equipped with up to date information and technology. Equipment was clean as was the establishment. Procedure was explained and preformed with patience and care. Prices were competitive. Highly recommend!
