Staying in Coogee for business and I always search for a quality gym close to the hotel - Titan fitness is fabulous, everything you could want in a fitness facility. So much equipment from Hammer Strength to pin loaded and plenty of free weights. Cardio equipment up and down stairs, cardio rooms and group fitness - as I said it has everything. Casual rate of $15 is very reasonable and the staff very friendly.

Great gym for serious lifters. Can get overcrowded during morning and evening top hours.People who are training here can be a little intimating for newbies (as most of them are already well build and using heavy weights to train). But if you are experienced lifter you will not find better place to train in this part of Sydney.Memberships are quite expensive but facilitie is worth it as they have a lot of modern equipment and enough weights for everybody.

Went for one-time casual visit midweek eve. Plenty of equipment, didn't need to wait long to use anything (unlike many gyms in peak hour). Friendly staff at the door. Highly recommend the gym if you're in the area! Would be even more awesome if they added another squat rack (they have some but can't hurt to have even more haha)

Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had in Sydney, joined a couple of moths back and the good vibes are infectious (staff & punters alike) . Mets is happy to pass on a few pro tips to anyone as well. Big ups to the 5am crew too !

3 years ago, when I came to live in Australia, one of my concerns was if I would find a gym that I feel good, familiar environment, clean… I was looking for something similar to what I had in my country to stick it and set my routine.For me, constancy and adherence to train is the key to success in keeping fit, healthy and achieving results/goals.I've tried others in Sydney, I even work in front of one large group of gym.. i can’t consider train in any other because for me it’s not about convenience.. its about how the gym atmosphere makes me feel. I feel so gifted training there!A warm thank you for the entire Titan team!! Xx

My flatmate was there yesterday she is already and had a free past that she wanted used for her mother and the girl in the reception didn’t allowed them to enter and use the gym. Discriminated themBecause the were speaking Spanish between each other and said that there weren’t allowed to enter.Not recommended at all
