No staff on checkouts.. one lady working on self serve saying they have no staff to man the service lanes, one lady working the smokes counter.

Coles is discriminating against people based on their medical history and the advice given to them by doctors. Coles has a c19 v-mandate, even though the science, Data and official advice says that it does not stop the spread, doesn’t stop you from getting it or passing it on. People who don’t have this thing shoved in their arms; are allowed to enter stores as customers, but cannot work at stores. Coles should be held accountable for these damaging actions against their customers and employees.

As a major shopping centre, Coles Coomera Westfield decided in an operational basis to open one manned counter check-outs. The customers or shoppers are left to their own. Cost cutting? No staff? I don’t know for sure. On a Thursday, which is a long hours shopping only one staff at check out counter. Weekend? Same operation one staff manning the check out. Coles need to look at this management/operations.

Coles Coomera Westfield, I would give 0 star if I can. Their was no checkout open, when asked the staff on self checkout she said she is the only one working so can't do anything. The customers or shoppers are left to their own.

Westfield Coomera is a nice quaint shopping centre. The food court has an outside picnic area which is a bit unique.
