Staff are lovely and are working so hard to keep us all moving through, but the wait time is not great. This time I remembered to take water and a snack.

The grounds keepers alway do a great job of preparing the ground for the Wangaratta Gift on the Australia Day weekend every year, such a great place to run.

At the Wangaratta Show grounds for the twilight Wangaratta Gift. Great location, lovely grassy areas and lots of shade. Can drive cars in and park around the oval anywhere. The Grandstand is good for track viewing...but the seating is too close to the back of the chairs in front...ie: if you are tall don't bother trying to fit your legs in! I would suggest tall people BYO chairs, or only sit in the front row or sit on the bench seats dotted around the lovely oval!

Went down for the annual swap meet.Plenty of parking close to all entrance.Toilets are available for public use during events and are kept relatively clean.Plenty of space around tge grounds for plenty of stalls.Will travel down again

Wangaratta Archers is the only State affiliated Archery organisation in the north east. There is/was one in Albury but they are not registered as a legal archery club and I believe they do not have insurance should anyone have an accident. Wangaratta Archery is well run by a friendly group of keen archers who are prepared to help you learn and enjoy the sport. Most members shoot regularly on Sunday mornings. They also have an indoor range available in the winter months for those who really want to hone their skills.

Lovely clean place has great lil walking/bike path that follows the banks of the ovens river the track starts near the main entrance an has beautiful native gardens

Great place to watch a game of footy, result at the end of the game could've been better.
