I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the property management team. I unfortunately had to break lease and must say I did get a response very quickly with the amount of monies it would cost me - which I paid immediately but from then on I never heard from anyone unless I made contact with them - they were always going to just ring me" but actually never managed to. It was very disappointingand I believe their lack of action was the reason that the property was not re-leased quicker (as there is supposed to be a rental crisis happening). I went and checked on the property as I was still paying rent although not living there and was surprised to find the owners working on the property. I was never given notice that the owners were going into the property to do repairs and they were very surprised to see me there as well. They were very helpful and told me that there had been a home open and that there were perspective tenants - again I did not hear this from Ray White.Overall I was very disappointed with how the whole break of lease was managed (or not in this case)."

Laura assisted my partner and me with the purchase of our first home.
