I always feel self-conscious whenever I walk up to a beauty counter (silly, I know!) but that disappeared quickly when I popped in to have a try of some things I had my eye on. My Mum and I were politely asked by a few members of staff if we needed help or had any questions - we were happy browsing, but was very nice to be asked and welcomed.I overheard other staff helping customers - all very friendly, zero judgement and thoroughly helpful. Thank you!! Will be back here again.

Grace was amazing. It’s so good to see a store that knows that I’m here in person because im exploring otherwise I would have bought on line. Grace listened to what I wanted. Read between the lines and made great recommendations. She even gave me samples knowing it was for my wedding so I could take it for my trial and swap out of it didn’t work. Immaculate person. Brilliant experience agent. Thank you grace.

Had a natural make up service done and everything was so wonderful! Staff was super friendly and looked after me great.Shout out to my artist Chloe, my make up lasted all day and night and got so many compliments during my event. She did exactly what I wanted and was wonderful helping me pick my products after the service. Thank you everyone!

Yesterday I was in store and was helped once again by Diana. I can’t stress enough how much of an asset she is to your team. She has helped my mum and sister also on multiple occasions and is our go to for all things skin care. We are now loyal users of Sunday Riley and Dr Dennis Gross and it is 100% due to her fantastic customer service, always taking the time to really listen.
