These people are fraud. They have moved, taken my money and I have been chasing them for refund and yet they appear for just make false promise and not refunding my money.

I was one of the first to build with this company and boy do I regret it everyday I live in this house!They over promise and under deliver. Rip you off and LIE every turn for their profit. They quickly forget that for the buyer it’s the biggest and proudest moment. They change things without notifying you and when you notice, you notice only the big changes and they’ve managed to get away with other smaller changes. They didn’t work to schedule and kept pushing back our move in date.They continuously try to pull the wool over your eyes while mentioning defects, they don’t inspect their own work and try to correct things prior to clients observing, just to see what they can get away with. They just won’t reply by the end of things either. I’m still waiting for them to correct defects since moving in in May 2019!Their management is a shambles. They don’t communicate with each other and that affects you because one person says and promises one thing and then the other lies and tries to get away with not doing what was agreed. I’m beyond annoyed with this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The staffs are very professional, friendly, helpful and has lots of patience.I was helped and supported through out the process and I loved the outcome. The property was completed before time and I was never charged over rather lot less than other places that I have heard of.I would highly recommend this.

Something missing in the house. The house and land package built homes that I looked at compare very poorly with the neighbours.The owner asked what is missing? Well the facade features have not been considered in design of homes. In two instances, the gas hot water systems are installed next to the front entrance. In some cases, the houses are missing backyards. The house has been built close to the back fence and the eaves are just about hanging on the back fence. In most cases odd windows are presented on the facade, giving out thar eerie feel. These are just a few examples...

This is a review from a tradesman that was hired by Croftland homes.I was contacted on hipages to do work for them. after doing the job i was completely ignored for weeks about getting paid. it has now been 3 months and i have only received a portion of the payment after countless attempt to contact them, with 0 responses.If a builder is willing to rip off its tradesman then he is also willing to rip off his clients.Consider yourself warned.

TRADIES BEWARE! Unreliable and untrustworthy company to work for. Always behind on their payments, reject and ignore phone calls until they need something done. Do not engage with them

When we decided to build, our first requirement was the perfect floor plan, and Croft Land Homes worked with us with a number of iterations to get it just right for our needs.From the point of sales consultation to tender/contract and through construction we found the team members to be polite, informative, responsive and helpful. In particular, our Site Supervisor was beyond excellent. Adam kept us informed all the way through with weekly phone updates and was always happy to answer any questions we had. His attention to detail and high standards meant we were handed a home completed to a very high quality. The quality of the workmanship in general is excellent. The entire team made us feel like we were in good hands and ensured that any questions we raised were dealt with promptly.Overall we are very happy with the build and the finish of our home. We will definitely be building with them again - highly recommended!

use to work for this builder not only client unhaopy even they dont pay their tradies. chasing more than 1yr , dont pick up my calls and no reply to msg.

Non professional attitude. Name it from lying to fraud. Don’t trust them with your hard earned money or you might end up taking risk on your hard earned money. Anyone need further proof contact me. Posting this review after several attempts to resolve but they kept non responsive over phone and email. Already filing case with NCAT for resolution.
