Redcliffe War Memorial Swimming Pool

Great venue for competitions but the start blocks are not accessible for people with disabilities and I struggled to get on to them.

Beware of the 2 weeks free scam!Long story short, they cut off my sons swimming account leaving us unable to access our last two swimming lessons.When I enquired about this they said I was not paying in advance as per my contract.I explained that I had used the first two weeks free promotion" and the pool was closed due to flooding when we started

Pretty good pool inside showers and toilets pretty average

Fantastic pool. Renovations are fantastic. Water was beautiful and warm and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Best pool I've visited in Moreton Bay Region.

I would give it zero stars if that was an option.Most lanes are reserved and not for public use most of the time.Even if you are a member it is often you can turn up and they will simply turn you away and say a school group or some other group has booked the entire pool as is now the case on Tuesday nights. This is regardless of the fact you may have paid in advance with no knowledge of this. They totally disregard patrons and paid up members. Do not waste your money.

I have swum at this pool once a week for 4-5 years on a 30 pass concession. This last year, the passes are only valid for 6 months (although I only found out about it when it expired). This is a change of precedence. Under the new terms Belgravia Leisure have taken my money upfront for services they were never going to provide. One day my pass was processed at reception, I started to swim laps, but only got to swim 200m when I was informed it was a charity event and the pool was closed! Further, as a result of Pool maintenance, flood maintenance, event & COVID closures, an ear infection after swimming at the pool, winter hours, personal holidays and funeral attendance, last year I only managed to use less than half the concession pass. While the Center Manager did extend the pass for 1 month she didn't inform me - so it expired the next time I visited. I tried to speak with the Centre Manager but she didn't return my call. I then emailed and she advised the pass would not be extended as it had been extended once (although I had not been informed about it). So I sent a letter with full details requesting a review to allow me to use what I paid for. The Centre Manager has not responded in-spite of further follow ups. With the pass they have had my attendance loyalty and my money upfront. Belgravia Leisure promote themselves as being responsive and innovative and state they undertake to facilitate a positive customer experience for every user at any stage of their health and fitness journey. The Centre Manager has not been responsive and has not facilitated a positive experience for this user.

Whilst it is wonderful to have an undercover 50m pool, it is a terrible shame that the pool and blocks have not been upgraded in years (genuinely think it could be 20 or more years). Staff seem nice, but council needs to invest in a proper upgrade.

Great Pool all year Round , Staff are always welcoming

Lovely covered 50m pool in Redcliffe in Brisbane. I was over to run the Jetty 2 Jetty the next day and decided to do some laps in the pool. I have swum at some of the best 50m pools around Australia, and I really enjoy the experience that each different pool offers. The Redcliffe pool was great. The staff do a great job of maintaining the water quality and the facility is clean and tidy. Well done to all. If your looking to pull some laps in Brisbane then this might be your pool.
