The Cheesecake Shop South Morang

Purchased a chocolate marble mud cake from the Sth Morang Cheesecake store. I have to say it was the worst cake we have had from them. We have always enjoyed the cheesecake shop’s cakes but the quality is just not there anymore. There was no marble visible in the cake and it was so dry and crumbly.So disappointed and I will not be returning to this store.

Organising a party is stressful, but the warm and friendly staff at this store put my mind at ease.The cake was absolutely outstanding in design, taste and quality. Guests went for seconds because the cake was incredibly delicious.The buttercream artwork was stunning. The decorator is incredibly talented and deserves much kudos.Highly recommended!!! 5 stars!!!

Bought custom cake for my daughter .Can’t be more happier with the results and taste. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

Ordered the American Baked Cheesecake - it was ok but had a strong cinnamon flavour. Taste has definitely changed. Also, paid extra for a personalised birthday plarck and instead got large scribble writing across the cake. Won't be returning to this store.

We loved our cake, it was delicious. The guests talked about all night and still do. It’s not sweet, it’s so moist and the flavour…so delicious. Great customer service, I recommend the cheesecake shop South Morang to everyone. Good job

I've always have a bad experience with customer service whenever I go to the South Morang Cheesecake shop. I thought I would post to let the owner that they were losing business on Christmas day. I arrived before 5:30 pm, a couple of customers came out empty handed. I went into the shop and the girl said the are closed, but it clearly said 6pm. I said its only 5:30pm ,so she asked me what I wanted and she went to the back pretending to look for a cheese cake and came back and said they didn't have what I wanted. I asked what do they have and she said we don't have anything at all (although I could see the displays) and we have shut the till. I walked out at 5:37pm empty handed like the customers before me. How can you have staff who gets paid penalty rates and shut early and lost over easily $100 or more. We'll I hope people read this especially the owner.

Cakes okay but service is ridiculous. You wait forever to be served. Staff are nice but slow slow slow.Waited 20 mins just to be served. Imagine how much more they would make if they severed in a timely manner. I watched 3 customers walk out.If this was the first time I might be more forgiving, but this is a constant problem with this store.Poor service.

Recently ordered my son's Confirmation cake from the South Morang store. The cake was not edible. The cake was suppose to be a marble mud cake but instead was 90% chocolate ganache. The cake surrounding the ganache was so minimal that it just crumbled. The cake was also not decorated as per the order. The manager blew off my complaints. Will never order from this store again. Absolutely dreadful service!!!
