Previously worked for another agency and wasn’t happy with the level of support I received. I can say, it’s the complete opposite with Crewe Sharp. Supportive team and no judgment if you pull out of a shift for whatever reason. I love that if you ask for support you will get it, you voice your concerns and they will be addressed. I’ve convinced many other nurses and PCWS to sign up now.
