National Photography

Excellent quality photos! However, I am a dancer and had our photo day last year, I did two different poses for one dance costume, and they only uploaded one of the poses, which I was really annoyed about. The other issue is that the delivery of the photos in the post has taken AGES. I ordered my photos almost two months ago and they still have not come. This has happened twice now. Another thing - photos are also quite expensive too.

pretty bad experience for large group photos. I understand it’s a huge group, but some students weren’t even able to fit on to the scaffolding, so they had to miss out. I would have thought this would be planned out a bit more, and if that’s the biggest scaffolding you have, then maybe accepting this job isn’t the best choice. There were 3 or 4 photography staff members at the photo day, but only one is actually doing anything, the rest just told people to line up in height order and then walked around doing nothing, full credit to that one person from National Photography, she tried her best, but surely her colleagues could help a bit more. Anyways, everyone had to stand around for like 45 minutes before any photos are actually taken.

Just recived my child's school photos from national photography and to say im not impressed is an understatement!! The class photo has been edited and brightened that much every child looks like a ghost and for the price I could have taken a better photo with my camera phone, the only reason I pay for school photos is for the class photos so my children can keep a memory of all the children they went to school with each year. If you need to edit or brighten photos then you shouldn't be a photographer.Answer to response. Thankyou for responding a year later" at the time I did contact you and got no where just "that we will have someone call you back" but never did! I would still accept a refund if you are actually being serious!"

Upon receiving my children’s siblings photos and looking through proofs I noticed a photo that didn’t quite fit in with the rest. My son wears glasses full time THATS WHO HE IS! This company have removed his glasses to take photos not only in the sibling photos but also his individual photos. Now as a mother I wouldn’t ever buy the photo without his glasses. Glare or no Glare with glasses apart of a child’s features shouldn’t be removed. We wouldn’t remove a wart on a nose because it was in the way or a birth mark on the face. This is utterly wrong on the company’s part and my son came home and told me they made me take my glasses off. Also with most other photos his eyes were closed? Like did the photographer not even bother to check the photos first before saying yep you’re done? National photography you should be ashamed of yourselves. Not to mention the disgraceful price you charge for mediocre photos. Truly wish there was an option for minus stars.

Responding to owner's comment below (14/01/22):I have emailed your team since December, however I have not received any replies, let alone refund until now.My comment from 24/12/21:I think this place is so overpriced considering the poor photo quality. I had to buy one anyway because I don't have any other formal" graduation photos. I'm terribly disappointed and I think even my dad can take better picture with a mobile phone camera."

I order from National Photography only because parents are not allow to take photo in the dance studio. I can fully understand this cause the dance school & the studio has to eat a piece of the parents. Don't have to mention about pricing. This is a take it or leave it" game. My issue was one of the photo has not even nicely crop with some sort of awful background displaying. I contact the customer service for a refund or a download of another one. The feed back was that particular photo was offer as a "free" photo & cannot be refund. Fine then I want to chose another one cause the photo was not nicely select or crop which I will expect from the professional photography studio and the parents are paying $15 for a file. CS was not helpful

We had national photography visit our service in October and were amazed at the quality of care for the children before the desire to take photos.Photographers didn’t force any activities, but took children in their natural element.This is very different to previous photographers that would force children to sit in particular places for the ‘perfect photo’We have already booked them for 2023!

National Photography completed photos at our daughter’s school. In completing payment for the photos, I had an issue which resulted in the payment being made twice. I contacted them and they promptly arranged for a refund of the duplicate payment. Terrific service, very easy to deal with.
