Cedar Creek Lodges

Stayed here for a wedding. Simone at the front desk is one of the kindest, happiest and most helpful people I’ve met in hospitality. She deserves all the praise and more! It’s a beautiful location up in tambourine mountain and if you love birds, the quiet and having a camp fire to yourself then this is the place is come and take time out.

Cedar Creek is a stunning location for a small team business conference. Team building is right next door with the Thunderbird Park tree top challenge. Our team really enjoyed the venue and we were treated very well by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Cedar Creek Lodges and Thunderbird Park.

Very mixed experience.It’s a beautiful location with lots available for the kids. We have loved the activities!However, I booked two nights that were not connected in the same room (despite a conversation with reception). This resulted in my room being left unlocked by staff and left feeling interrogated at my room. I had valuables that were jeapardised by this!I then had to ask separately to have my room refreshed.Then at night (2nd night) , I was harassed by the people in the room next door because I had a movie on!I was watching with two small children and the harassment started at 8:15 at night… no after hours help or support available.I can tell you, the night before I put up with noise - but accepted it as it was not after a certain time of night.My girls were quiet and we were all in bed watching.UPDATEThe hotel responded so kindly and were very supportive. This certainly helped significantly with my experience and overall view. I do thank staff for how wonderful they were once notified of the issue

Enjoyed a very comfortable and warm stay in the courtyard spa room. The fire pit was ready to use and perfect on a cold winter’s night. Loved the snuggly bathrobe but needed hooks to hang it up in the bathroom.

Couldn't fault our stay in any major way and the staff were very attentive to the minor faults we did point out. Lovely, clean accommodation with excellent amenities. We ate at both the Rainforest Restaurant and the Terrace Kiosk and all the food was excellent. All our contact with the staff was friendly and welcoming. Fully recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Cedar Creek Lodges. I would like to mention the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the wait staff was some of the best I have seen in a very long time!!! They were extremely Friendly, took our order in a timely manner and the food was to die for!!! We can’t wait to return!!! On a side note the accommodation was modern and spacious.

We cannot recommend Cedar Creek Lodges and the Wedding Team enough! From the first planning appointment to our big day - everything ran seamlessly and definitely reduced our stress in the planning/day of coordination process! The team did an amazing job and we would highly recommend Cedar Creek for a wedding venue to anyone!My husband and I both had the best time and all our guests said how amazing it was and it was the best wedding they've been to!The location is idyllic, the set-up was stunning, the staff were super friendly and helpful, everyone loved the food, the pre-reception drinks were awesome. The only comment was the music was quite soft during pre-reception. The rooms were stunning, right by the creek! Little small for wedding morning bridal party prep but did the job.So happy with our decision to have our wedding at Cedar Creek!

We stayed over night after attending a wedding at the venue. Everything was amazing. The staff were fantastic, the room was fantastic and the venue was stunning. Can't wait to come back for another wedding in a few weeks.

Our wedding was incredible and the team did an amazing job.Brooke and Chloe were fantastic on the day, making sure everything ran smoothly.Simone at reception - what a superstar. We felt so welcomed and supported. Cannot sing her praises loud enough.The only downside is the wifi not really being reliable when we were at Mill Lodge, and not available at all in our Creek Lodge.But it was still a phenomenal day and I can’t fault anyone at all. You guys are amazing.
