They were too much in rush . I know it’s Christmas time you guys need to earn money but that doesn’t mean we are here to spend our money to the low quality nails and service.My nails doesn’t look good at all.

Absolutely delighted with this place thought I would try it out so my first time as I have problems with my feet I started of with massage on feet which was amazing and helped me a lot than had full body wax and it was very professionally done minimal pain and fantastic results. My experience from when I first walked in was great with friendly staff greeting me acknowledging me and wining my confidence in my treatments so I’m a happy customer and have actually made a second appointment next week for a full body massage I cannot wait thanks very much ladies and a special thanks to the cute lady called Alli I think it was for making me feel so welcome great customer service cheers

Got a pedicure done. We did book well in advance so they knew we were coming but the whole thing was very rushed. I’ve been to other salons where my feet come out as soft as baby skin but they were basically the same just painted. Huge rip off if you ask me and I won’t go again.

I waited 45 minutes before they even started. When they started they glued the nails on and shaped them but then the nail tech left the store for five minutes and then when she came back she walked around watching other people paint nails and folded towels. While I was waiting there was another nail tech sitting around and then another 2 costumers came in and got theres done straight away. It has now been an hour and I am still waiting. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed at professionail’s service.

The nails were a bit wonky/uneven and I was too scared to say anything :(. The colour is also not even and has air bubbles and patches. It was $80 which is also pretty expensive compared to other places I’ve been to. Overall kind of disappointing experience. They do give a discount if you use cash which is good at least.

Been there twice for a full set of acrylic. Unfortunately both times it was a bad experience, nails always too wide and go over my natural nail and onto my skin, wonky and badly shaped and the second time I was told to leave before the nails had properly dried. There are plenty of other nail places in the same centre, please go elsewhere

The pedicures are just not as good as they used to be sadly. Lovely people though.

They are lovely people but I’ve gone only 3 times. The first time my nails chipped and peeled after a week which is reasonable I’m now on my 3rd set from them and it’s chipped and peeled within 3 days… I haven’t gone over board with being aggressive with my nails they’ve literally just peeled in the corners.doesn’t feel like the best quality paint If it’s happened twice now I got nails done on Saturday.

Went on for a quick manicure, asked for regular nail polish to which the lady pointed at the colours to choose. I guess our ignorance for only ever having regular nail polish used so half way through they informed us they were doing shellac nails because that’s the colour we had chosen. Finished our nails and dismissive attitude from the staff.
