Massively disrespectful management, extreme communication issues. Extremely haphazard and disorganised, fired an employee over something that didn't actually happen and glossed past it when told that it didn't actually happen. Wasn't given a safety brief ever, fired for doing something in the way I'd been trained to do it, opening a door for an auditor, which was ALREADY OPEN (employer ignored this response when being fired for this reason alone) Employed for 3 months on high salary with no negative feedback and then fired suddenly with no leadup, NOT ONE WORD OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN 3 MONTHS, not one specific example of anything done wrong. Employer VERY quick to claim that No specific examples required to be given and treated me like this was just something I didn't know" and that it was a dumb question. No advice given to improve anything whatsoever in any way shape or form
