The WORST customer service ever. First they messed up my nails and when I asked them to correct it they got frustrated and charged me way more than the advertised price. When I asked for them to explain the extra charges they would not give me a proper answer and kept saying “that’s how much it is”. They charged an extra $20 for my shape even though this is advertised as an extra $5. Never going back here. Wish I could give 0 stars.

From the bottom of my heart, I hate this place. I went in asking for full set acrylics and removal of my very outgrown old set. The removal process was SO PAINFUL. My actual thumb nail ripped in the process and started bleeding. I was do scared of the pain, as we continued the removal. They were being so aggressive and rough I just told them to leave it and I didn’t want my nails done anymore. Another lady filed whatever was left of my actual nails. I sat there crying because of how bad my nails hurt. Furthermore, as I leave, considering they did nothing I was expecting them to say not to pay. But she asked for $20? $20! For what? Not all of them were even removed and I left with a bleeding nail hanging off my skin. Do NOT go here.

Came here with a friend, wanted a simple nail cut, shine and clean. The lady was so rude to me and didn't want to do it maybe because it's a cheap service. my friend got her nails done and it was so dodgy, uneven and looked unprofessional. I mean, if you had subpar professionalism and was nice, you'll get more business.

Worst customer service and no regard for customer’s time. I was told it’s a 15 mins wait. And after 15 mins, I was offered a different seat and then after another 15 mins, I was asked to choose colours.45 mins later, they are servicing other customers who are going for more expensive service and completely ignoring me. When I asked if I was getting any service at all, I’m told to wait another 10 minutes. What a waste of time and they have no courtesy to apologise!

pearl nails rouse hill is a complete waste of your time and money, these are photos of my nails are taken ONE week apart, completely discolored and severely chipped. usually i can go three weeks between infills but these are absolutely feral

went there, was told there would be a 20 minute wait. I went and came back. waited another 20 minutes. got told to sit on the pedicure chair and i sat there for another 20 minutes nobody said anything to me at all. saw workers walking around doing nothing so I ended up leaving.first and last time going thereif they had just told me it would be an hour wait i would have went somewhere else now i can’t get my nails done before my event tomorrow.

I got a set of Acrylic nails with tips including a nail art of blue coloured french tips, they did an amazing job for a very good price. I would highly recommend, the workers were nice and helpful. The lady who did the nail art did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back!

the workers are EXTREMELY rude. if this is how you treat costumers then i’m done. they did my nails with such bad manners and the acrylics that they did are weak, fragile and are extremely bumpy. unprofessional and rude

I have never ever had a problem here I always have such a positive and lovely experience here. I have been to so many nail places , and this place is absolutely wonderful , the girls are so professional and super friendly . Money well spent. They always do such a wonderful job.I will always come back to this salon ❤️ Thank you so much you are the best as always .The only person I trust to do my eyebrows , so wonderful.
