Down River Building
We needed our old bathroom modified, to make it easier in the shower, for my husband and myself, as his carer, knowing that as his PD progressed we would need more room to move, I had no idea of what I wanted or needed for that matter. Kent & Julie came up with a great functioning combined bathroom & toilet area.To say we are thrilled at the finished result is an understatement. Job well done, professional, & efficient, many thanks Kent, Julie & team.

Down River Building
Down River Building recently completed a studio conversion which included building an ensuite, installing a kitchenette and sliding doors. The staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. Any issues were resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Very happy with the finished studio. Hoping to get a 3rd project - a new kitchen - completed next year.

Down River Building
Down River Building did an absolutely fantastic job on my extremely old and falling-apart bathroom. Despite incredibly adverse weather conditions they did their best to get it finished for me as soon as they could. They always responded quickly to any questions I had regarding the process. I would definitely recommend them for any renovation!

Down River Building
Down river Building were excellent to deal with. All work was done expertly and in a timely fashion. the owners, manager and staff were all very helpful in sourcing other tradespeople and fittings. We could not be happier with our virtually new house.
