I never even attended the salon and was given a bad impression to start with over the phone. It sounded like my booking was too much hassle to deal with the girl huffed/sighed down the phone and proceed to tell me they were fully booked out the date I wanted. Funny at first it sounded like it was no trouble but after it was asked who it was for and what they wanted I got negative reaction
