We decided to give Wilde a go for breakfast this morning. We are rusted on Lions supporters so we also took the opportunity to have a look around the new Brighton Homes Arena. Contractors were finishing off the carpark so there was a bit of a walk from the Springfield railway station temporary carpark. However when the arena carpark and the link to the real railway carpark is finished, it will be easy to get there.Wilde is in a beautiful spot and the decor is fresh and modern. We were greeted by Jeff, a cool, friendly, guy who explained the procedure. We then headed to a table with our menus.Jeff followed soon after with aa drinks request. Our coffee and chai latte were ordered and delivered by young lady with first initials J in a flash. The chai was super as was the coffee. Nice and hot as well. The lady J has a beautiful demeanour and excellent customer skills.Jeff was soon back to take our orders. We ordered poached eggs and bacon and a french toast and berry stack. Our meals arrived in concert with our finishing our drinks,Sorry no photos but the meals were excellently presented. Now for the taste. The eggs were just right (wish I could do poached eggs like that). The bacon was nicely cooked and the french toast with maple syrup was to die for. There was a good assortment of fresh berries with creme on top.After our meal were were wished a good day by the staff on our way out.All up it was a beaut experience and we will be back soon.

My partner and I had coffee when they first opened a few months ago. Delicious coffee and great service. We came back to have breakfast with friends. Coffee, food and service 5 out of 5! Thank you Jeff and his team this morning! We will be back again!

Great coffee, and food. Staff was very friendly. As they are newly opened and learning the ropes one of our meals was missed but this was quickly rectified and a discount voucher supplied for a return visit. Thanks for a lovely brunch.

Came here for breakfast with friends. Was a great meal and the service (Jeff, Jack and Jackie) could not have been better! Definitely recommend getting around this new cafe hang out in Springers.

We decided to head to Wilde for Breakfast and the food was incredible! We had the pleasure of meeting Jeff and his staff who are lovely. We even saw a few Lions players. A great experience, highly recommend it!! We'll definitely be back!

Sunday breakfast and coffee was bloody beautiful. Healthy menu with great coffee and shakes coupled with a chat with owner Jeff and server Anlin makes for a great start to the day. Had the goat cheese tortellini for lunch recently which was outstanding. We will be enjoying the Wilde Kitchen much more in the future.
