I’m a support worker. Jake and Jack from Watkins came to my clients residence and replaced some old light fixtures. The were extremely quick and professional but also friendly and approachable. They were very accommodating to my client. Excellent work!

I had problems with my wiring and had called a number of electricians in, without resolving the underlying problem. Watkins were recommended to me and they came out very promptly, found the fault and fixed it perfectly. They were very professional and quite reasonable in their charges. Should have called them first.

Had a fairly large house job to do. James handled it with ease and got here quickly.

Hello all I want to leave a review in regards to Watkins electrical. I had called the service out for a lounge room air conditioning unit on a set date and time. I was under the impression that they fixed air conditioning units I was told by a lady on the phone that they do do air conditioning units however that is not the case. On their website they do indicate they do do air conditioning units.So the day has come for the employee of watkins to turn up to help and fix our air conditioning units so he walks up our front stairs in to our lounge room and said oh we don't fix air conditioning units.So he just looked at it without touching it or assessing the problem so we showed him the door and said thank you anyway.So I am so confused that they offered the service but haven't guaranteed anything or let us know as a courtesy that they do not do this service anymore!So if that's not enough we received a bill two weeks later for $80 which is odd because there is no call out fee with this company and it did not indicate a call out fee on their website and they didn't indicate to us via the phone or in person if there is a call-out fee.And there was no service completed whatsoever.So why are they trying to slug us $80 for no call out fee and no service?Pretty disgraceful for a small company.

Steve attended to our problem. It was a tricky one but he listened to our experiences and followed it through persistently resulting in an agreed fix. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Watkins Electrical for all your electrical needs. Rick and Oakley were professional, friendly and offered great alternatives for what we needed done.We had a solar panel relocated, power outlets and light fixtures installed. Not only do they look great they were done in a timely manner.We will definitely call on Watkins Electrical again when we get further in to our home improvements.Thanks again Rick and Oakley.
