Jeremy and his staff and mechanic team were amazing people to do with, in the process of have my car fixed. The staff were very efficient and got things done quickly with my car, and the workers did very at servicing my vehicle.

I had my car repaired recently. The experience was pretty bad.They promised me that the car will get fixed in a couple of weeks time but it took 7 weeks to get it fixed.They said to me a number of times that they will call me when I asked for an update re the status and for other things like when will the job be done. They never called me. Seriously. They even said at one point, that the job will be done next Friday. no call. Nothing. so I even went into the office on the Saturday and one of the older guys said the guy who looks after my car is away, so he doesn't know anything about it. I said, can't you look up my detail and the status in your computer? He said, he can't bring the file up because he just had it shut down?? and he asked me to call on Monday. I was right there looking at him using the computer.... Although a lady apologised at the end, the service and their communication skill is just terrible & unreliable.They also promised that they will let me use their rental car while our car goes through the repair. They said this before we took our car there. I chased them up a number of times about it after them taking our car in, and the guy didn't even remember that he said that....No malicious feeling but I hope they treated me a bit more professionally.

Jeremy and his team did a fantastic job of repairing my wife’s car. The service was efficient and professional and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Stow Smash Repairs to anyone looking to restore their pride and joy back to as new condition.

Terrible service, youll never speak to the person working on your car, you wont get your car back in decent condition and you better expect to be without for 4 months, no matter what the repair.I was recommended to come here and had to have my car towed there. As im aware these things take time i didnt call them for about a month and a half and didnt recieve a call from them so i asumed all was going well. When i eventually did contact them i was told they were still looking for parts and nothing had been done. Then every couple weeks id call there was a different story. There was parts, there wasnt parts, everything was done they just needed a wheel, then they needed a wheel to get it painted. So after i supplied a wheel for them and the car was eventually painted i came to pick it up to find the panels werent aligned properly, there was overspray on a part of the car that shouldnt have been touched, there were scratches, damaged trims and best of all they forgot a part of my bumper which aparently they found at the back of a truck somewhere. So please if you have an option dont send your car there.

We've all had our personal dilemmas. I had mine. Jeremy was patient and very understanding, helping me through the process of insurance/repair that I was unfamiliar with. Mick is good-hearted and selfless, someone that you can click with immediately. The team did a great repair job. That's all I can ask for. Gave me some good advice about my insurer to top it off

I can't thank Tahlene enough for her excellent service and professionalism, her extensive knowledge and understanding for what the consumer needs it’s impeccable, I was busy at work and need to get my car from the northern beaches to Artarmon, she had a tow truck pick my car up and within 2 hours a loan car pulled up.You can tell she takes so much pride in her work, it’s such an amazing thing to see a strong woman doing so well in a male dominate industry!!I bring all my work/private cars and trucks no matter the job STOW always finds the best outcome, I truly believe that they are the best smash repairer in sydney hands down!!!Highly recommend Tahlene & Jeremy @ STOW a family run business with many years experience, always delivery a great service!!

Just picked up my car (VW Touareg) today and couldn't be happier with the result. Service was excellent, my insurance company (Budget Direct) stipulated replacing damaged doors with second hand doors but Stow weren't happy with the condition and arranged approval to order new doors. They kept me up to date throughout the process and completed the repair within a week. They even provided me with a courtesy car. Ignore the troll reviews, I highly recommend. To the Stow team, thanks again for all your efforts.

The team at Stow Smash repairs repaired my Audi back to showroom condition after an accident. They were always in contact, completed in a good time and provided a car whilst the repairs where being completed. Jeremy and Tahlene run a really good business - the workshop is state of the art. Will come back (if I have another accident)
