Sunday staff allowed three girls not a day older than 13 to watch a rated M screening. The girls chatted non stop for 40min and then they up and left so I clapped and said good riddance for them only to return with more snacks. They continued with there childish gibberish they were like listening to chipmunks but after 10min I'd had enough and told them to shut up or get out !!

It was an ok experience/cinema. If you just want to watch movies this cinema is alright. However, if you want to have a good experience with the actual seats perhaps you want to try other Event Cinemas. Some of the seats in VMAX are wobbly and squeak. If you are in a full cinema you end up annoying other visitors as you adjust your own sitting.

Cashier attendants at the kiosk would not acknowledge us, reluctant to serve us. We had to go to another queue to be served.Damp, soiled cinema seats were broken, back rest was locked in a forward position, making it very uncomfortable.View of screen was obstructed by balustrade.Many of the other attendees did not sit in their allocated seats, meaning that our experience was continuosly interrupted by people continually arguing and moving seats.Caps at the edge of the steps were lifted, creating a trip Hazzard.Don't get me started on the smell.Unlikely to return again unless they undergo a major management overhaul and renovation.You go to the cinema expecting to relax and unwind. We left more stressed than before.

Collected tickets and snacks, and then we made our way to the cinema. It was cleanish, but the bathrooms were in need of better cleanliness.

Where to begin, there are so many issues with this theatre, I'm bot sure where to begin.Seats are disgusting even in VMAX screens, it looks like seats haven't been cleaned in ages and there are popcorns stuck in every single crevass and gaps between the seats. There are black stains in numerous seats as well as ripped upholstery. These seats need to be deep cleaned and upholstery need to be replaced as well.Toilet facilities are disgusting, sticky floor, broken toilet seats and stench that will linger in the air.Only positive notes are the screen and sound itself. If the moves came out straight to OTT, I would prefer to watch it from homes.Avoid it at all cost if you can.

Big thank you to the staff and management for being so helpful and understanding. I wasn't able to make it to my session on time, and my friend not at all due to rain and train delays. The team was very understanding in offering a new session time, and then a refund when I wasn't sure what time would suit. Rest assured, the refund will be used for another booking at Event Cinemas.

Not so good. When movies are more than 1 month, they don't even bother to clean seats for next show - had got my seat with popcorn. Some saver cinema rooms' seat are so uncomfortable, generally ground floor one. Sadly, it's the nearest one and need to adjust uncomfortable for 2 Hrs.
