Elliott assisted me with prompt and courteous service. He provided excellent advice regarding my cycling needs and technical issues. The Kedron store is great.

Bought my daughters first bike here. Sales man was very helpful and the bike is fantastic. Glad we didn't buy a cheap one elsewhere. It's a much better quality bike and she can ride it easily even though she's only 2. The cheaper ones are heavier and she can't push the pedals properly.

Seeking advice on my next e-bike and the sales assistant, Jeena, was very helpful and led me to the best choice for all I was seeking in a variety of bikes. Definitely will return to purchase here.

Offered me FSA bearings which I had enough of. When I asked if I could order any other options they put me on hold for 20 minutes, probably hoping that I would go away and stop bothering them, well, mission accomplished.

Can’t thank Joel and Kyle enough for all their patience and knowledge in helping me put my bike back together. What started as a recondition in my garage 3 months ago, soon turned into a mammoth task, so I decided to just go and see the boys in the bike workshop. With all the online ordering affected with covid and given it’s an old bike and hard to get parts, the guys did a great job in sourcing parts from cranks, to pedals, new grips, wheels and even salvaging some of the axle to get it looking exactly how I wanted it. I’d say it’s mainly a mountain bike/road bicycle shop, so this was not a normal job, but the boys took it on and delivered. Certainly saved me a lot of time and effort.

I recently visited 99 Bikes Kendron, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The complete lack of customer acknowledgement was simply unacceptable.From the moment I walked into the store, it felt like I was invisible. Not a single staff member bothered to greet me or offer any assistance, we left the shop after waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. I understand that they may have been busy, but basic customer service should never be neglected. It's the least you can do to make customers feel welcome and valued.I sincerely hope that the management of 99 Bikes Kendron takes this review seriously and addresses the issue of customer service. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking quality service and attention.Note: This review is based on my personal experience at the time of my visit, and it is possible that others may have had different experiences.

Service has been first class every time we’ve visited. Staff have been knowledgeable and willing to help find solutions for our family (even with changing needs of the kids).Busy on the weekends so would recommend a mid week visit if you can.

The guys at 99bikes Kedron have great knowledge, are super helpful and generous with their time. Had a great experience getting my new bike set up for a ride. Will definitely be heading back to the store for my future needs.

Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a new bike. Mega range, and awesome staff. Tested out 3 bikes which Elliot very kindly set up for me, and took the 3rd one home at a great price. Will be definitely coming back for servicing and accessories.
