John Dyball ruined my exposed driveway while site clearing next door to our property. After heated negotiations we agreed that he would fix it at his expense so as not to involve his insurance. This was to be done either before or just after xmas 2019. It is now July 2019 and after phoning John I have gone ahead and fixed the driveway at my expense. I phoned John and told him that the least he could do was acid wash and reseal my driveway. Yes I can do that was his reply. It has now been a month and I still have not heard from John. I gave John the benefit of the doubt and he has screwed me over. If you need an excavator I would be very concerned about using John at Environmental Remediation Contractors. He gets a big negative from me.
