Fix-It-All

Had an issue with my Bosch washer/dryer, called the Bosch customer service who gave me the Fix-It-All number. They were WAY more helpful and knowledgeable than the customer service line and I manage to resolve the problem over the phone. Super helpful and excellent customer service.

Called with an enquiry regarding a washing machine that had stopped working and received the most comprehensive and considered advice I could have hoped for. Family business that cares about customer service. Thank you Simone!

These guys are seriously brilliant. Simone in the office is always a pleasure to talk to. Can’t fault Craig’s workmanship. I’ve used them 2 or 3 times now over the years and I amso impressed. Terrific value for money too.

Fix It All was recommended by a kitchen appliance store in Heidelberg. Due to December/January holiday season, we waited for an available slot. It was definitely worth the wait! We got our oven, gas cooktop & rangehood replaced and Craig did a great job. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work. Simone was nice to deal with on the phone. Craig also gave us some practical advice. I highly recommend their company. They are one of the best companies my husband and I dealt with. Thanks Craig & Simone for the excellent service, professionalism and reasonable pricing.

I'm very impressed. I had a dishwasher with a problem that another repair service hadn't been able to fix. When I called Fixitall their office gave me some things to check to avoid the cost of a call out. They then sent R, a highly capable repairer. He arrived on time, identified the issue and fixed it within about 15 minutes. Since then the dishwasher has been working perfectly.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! I never write reviews but I am so so pleased. Will definitely only be using fix it all for all my repairs. Thank you!!

Fix It All is proof service companies can be brilliant. Simone gave me incredible and accurate advice and ended up saving me $500. Everything she told me would happen did happen and it happened when she said it would happen. Craig was great and got the job done well and fast. If I could give 10 stars I would. Well what can I say. This would have to be one of the best - or probably THE best customer service experiences I have ever had. From booking the job in with Jacinta and Simone to Craig coming out to do the oven installation - everything and I mean everything was A+++.Jacinta and Simone did everything they could to help us get the oven installed prior to Christmas - and they did it for us and we are so grateful.Bosch gave me the names of two approved installers to put our new oven in and I chose Fix it All based on their 5.0 star google review. I was referred to Fix-It All by Gaggenau and I am grateful for their referral as I've found the best appliance service team from front to back-end.While there were delays in getting the service started due to migration of services on Bosch's end (no fault on Fix-It All's part), Simone communicated these delays and provided us with updates in regards to stock and promptly provided us with a service day shortly after.On the day of service itself, Craig also let us know of his arrival time, was very friendly on-site and even lent us a hand with a missing part on our Gaggenau rangehood (wasn't meant to be part of the service that day, but he was wonderful and helped us out).Payment afterwards was smooth and I really appreciate the friendly and personal service that the whole team provided to us.Thank you very much to everyone at Fix-It-All, definitely deserves more than 5 stars! :)

These people are awesome from Simone in the office to Michael the repair bloke. They have gone above and beyond the expectation. I cannot recommend them enough. Bloody terrific.
