A booking was made by the breeder under my details & Move My Pets emailed me the itinerary. It was scheduled later than I was originally advised so, not wanting to wait, I cancelled and drove from VIC to NSW on my own to pick up my pup. Mind you, I suffer from glaucoma so it wasn’t an easy task; I had to spread the trip out over 4 days as I can’t drive at night.Belinda responded to my civil email requesting full refund in such a rude & aggressive manner that I followed it up with a phone call to Darryl. He explained that since the breeder paid them, the refund request needed to come from her. This is totally fair but why this couldn’t be conveyed by Belinda in her email reply escapes me. You seriously need to work on your customer service skills, Belinda!The breeder has since fully refunded my payment but according to their “terms & conditions” she will only be entitled to a 50% refund. Apparently 9 days is not enough notice for them to consider a full refund! Their lame explanation being “logistics is carefully planned to run on a schedule not just day to day.”Like me, they are based in Melbourne so howmy cancelling their service impacted on their logistics is beyond me; they were returning to Melbourne anyway!’If they treat humans like this, I would shudder to think how they treat our beloved pets!

Would highly recommend MMPA, they are fantastic! My little Bean came from NSW to SA and the driver took brilliant care of her and all the other puppers onbaord. Bean was anxious at first and he took the time to calm her along the journey to her forever home. On arrival the driver seemed just as excited as all the eager parents as he united them with their babies. If you ever have to move a pet definitely use MMPA. Thank you so much again!

Move my pets are amazing, All 4 of my furbabies arrived safe and happy. Highly recommend and will be using Move my pets for our future interstate moves.

Darren moved my pomeranian puppy from NSW to VIC that went well. Really appreciated the frequent updates that calmed me a lot. The booking process was quite straightforward as well.Only suggestion is that maybe provide the precise location for pickup/drop offs? We got there on time but was on the wrong side of the highway, which was fine in the end but probably could’ve saved both of our time.

Used Move My Pets to transport my daughter's two dogs to Cairns from Wagga Wagga, and found that the service was fantastic, their price was affordable, they were on time picking up the dogs from Wagga and kept my daughter informed on how the dogs were travelling and regular reports on the delivery time. You could not ask more from this company as nothing was lacking Well done great job.

I can't thank Move My Pets Australia enough. Daryl and Belinda have been awesome from the time I enquired and booked my puppy for transport to Brisbane.. My friend was so happy to receive his puppy she was happy and well looked after on her long time. I can highly recommend Daryl to anyone who needs pet transport. Thanks Vanessa
