Regret taking my 5 months old here. Booked in for her ear piercing today and had the worst experience ever. The staffs are so rude and unprofessional. Not sure if they are even qualified to be honest. I had to get my baby’s ear redone due to them making it uneven, one was up and the other was done. It didn’t even match. They rushed the whole thing and they ever apologised to me. My poor baby was in so much pain and traumatised. Don’t recommend any kids going there at all. Never again!! Very frustrated.

I regret taking my 10 month old for piercing at this place. I don't know whether the staffs who attended my little one is trained to do so. They were very rude and very unprofessional. They have to be mindful that she is just 10 months old and instead of making her comfortable and at ease they did the opposite. They just wanted to finish the job somehow and move on to the next one. They wanted us to hold the frightened baby so hard or else they said will move on to the next appointment. My poor little one had a worse time at this place. She has not stopped crying even after half an hour. Terrible service. Please do not take your little one to this place. It was a traumatic experience.

Great experience getting my nose pierced. Lady was very thorough in her explanation if the process and aftercare and it was far less painful than my first experience with the other store I had it done at previously which was quite painful. Recommend them highly.

I attended this so called beauty service on the 5th of April with my best friend and her daughter who was there to get her tongue pierced for her birthday. She had wanted the piercing for a long time so as expected she was very excited to finally be getting it done. When we walked in the lady at the counter was extremely rude and cold, she made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to her and she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing in which she did not, my fiends daughter came out in a lot of pain (I know it will be painful but she almost passed out) and the piercing was COMPLETELY crooked!! I can’t believe this place still has any sort of license to pierce. Not only are they extremely rude they don’t have the right training to be piercing. Avoid at all costs!!

I got my ears pierced by the amazing Tabby. Took the time to explain everything and answered my endless questions. Very informative, kind, patient and provided excellent customer service. Anyone wanting requiring services from this beauty salon, and Tabby specifically, is in very good hands! Definitely coming again!

A quick decision to spoil my tween and have a mummy daughter relaxation session. We both had a facial and it was exactly what we needed. Nice staff, decent prices, rooms were small and cramped but not uncomfortable and the treatment room was sparkling and very soothing.
