I have sacked many property managers over the years but no one like these mob that so pushed me over the edge that I decided to write my maiden review online ever. If I could give them zero star to post this review, I would!* If you want to go through 4 property managers like a revolving door within 6 months so you just keep repeating yourself- go with them* If you'd like keep giving 60 days notice to your tenants to review your rent (took me almost a year) - go with them* If you want your property manager to change your lease expiry date between Christmas and New Year where no one opens not even them without telling you- go with them* If you want to have your new lease agreement going one year backwards (my new lease started from 28 December 2017 to 27 December 2017) - go with them. If you are prepared to pay someone and check everything they do, you will be fine.* If you want them to spend $2k on one single repair item without telling you - go with them* If you complain they would threaten to withhold the rental money until you pay in full. If you ignored them they simply took money from another property that they manage for you. I guess taking money from another property does not matter if you only have one property for them to manage* If you want to talk to the tenants - sorry not so easy you will have to pay the $2k first.I could go on and on....These are not just from me, both my tenants, trade people that they even introduced to me have their fair share of complaints and urged me to leave them - the only regret is I should have done it earlier

Belinda and the team were magnificent. Friendly and professional. They guided us through the process & helped get the house ready for sale. The house sold in the first week for a great price, more than we expected. I would and have recommended Belinda to my friends that are thinking of selling. You are the most unprofessional people on earth. Your agent Rachel is astonishingly rude. She hung up phone on me.She looked for every reason to get money at the end of my tenancy. Even though I got professional cleaners she still wants money. Thanks god I didn't sell my house through you guys. People STAY AWAY FROM UNWISE RUDE PEOPLE.UPDATE:They deleted my review on their facebook and threatened me that I'm doing defamation.UPDATE:They want $1100 for carpets from me. They argue that for stains which I professionally clean they have to change the whole carpet. For some minor waer and tear they want $700. You're a total rip off.

The best realestate I have ever been with, the most efficient and reliable staff there always there to help and understand issues you may have I will keep renting through them no matter what
