Worst store ever. Before buying a jumpsuit I asked the employee if it could shrink and she said no, I washed it and it shrunk a lot, it does not fit me anymore, I went to the store to explain what happened and the employee was extremely rude and said that he could not do anything, I called customer service and they also said there's nothing they can do. Poor service and poor quality clothes, lost my money, I will never go back to the store and I don't recommend it to anyone

I rang the store on Saturday and got a lovely girl who helped me with a beautiful attitude and I am looking forward to shopping there on Thursday. It's a long trip for me and this is the only shop I will be stopping at while going to pick up my sister. I wish I got her name to say thank you for your great customer service.

Quite rude counter staff. Not helpful at all with a pricing issue. Situation could have been made a lot more pleasant from a customer perspective if the staff had better customer service skills. Have shopped at this store quite a lot but I won't be hurrying back as this last trip has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I've gone into this store a few times and everytime I want to make my purchase they tell me that one of the items is either ripped or damaged. Why would a store put damaged goods back on the shelf? (Because they put stickers warning people about it). It is also hard to get things down.

Excellent range of clothing apparel and accessories. While the store is easy to walk and the staff offers great service, the store is not well organized and it is difficult to get anything out of the racks. Sales and deals are good.

Called DFO in Perth Spoke to Casey... As there seems to be a problem on the website and I am looking for a Particular Calvin Klien Bra. I called to see if she could tell me if another store has the stock... Straight up said Ill stop you there, I cant help you, She cant look up stock at DFO (which I dont believe) and to call Customer Service. Piss poor customer service so dissapointing that no one can help me. Thanks Casey

I agree with Belinda's review below. Staff are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. They get snotty when you ask for help. I felt like I was an inconveniencing them for enquiring about a certain size item. Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I went to the change room to try something on the guy just pointed and said in a very dull and uninterested way the end one". These employees need a kick in the you know what. What happened to customer service? I won't be back until the staff start taking some pride in their work."

I Bought a ripcurl watch and they dishonored the sale after I asked for the right box when realising they made a mistake by putting an incorrect watch on the holder then said it will take 72 hours to get my money back. Will never shop there again. I've been surfing my whole life, city beach don't surf and sure as hell don't know the feeling. Don't go there. Go to ripcurl, billabong and quicksilver. Better deals anyway. Cityleach more like it.
