Such a great store and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We took our dog there today to bathe her in their DIY dog wash bay… $10 and doesn’t cut off at any time limit so you have lots of time to wash your dog without having to continually put more money in. Join the Petstock loyalty rewards program, so worth it. The staff were so lovely in helping me to find what I needed for my dog. I highly recommend this store.

Thank you for the grooming of Charlie George. Excellent work, Charlie looks great. Extra service was very good so I feel Charlie must feel better now his glans have been cleaned. Wonderful service as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store always well stocked. My only gripe is prices but sales are always very generous. Must reiterate the staff are always extremely friendly.

This store needs to be avoided at all cost service is the worst I have come across. Arrived 2 min after closing and apologised profusely asked to pay cash for my dogs specialist food and keep the change.4 people in the shop and the guy spent so much time refusing to help me he could have served 10 ppl.We also are in retail and have been for 15yrs, If ppl don’t like the job they are in they shouldn’t be there ..

Anything you could possibly need or want for your furbabies is available here at reasonable prices. Staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The shop itself is well set up easy access to all stock. Definitely the place to shop for everything.

Grooming items are way over priced !! A undercoat grooming brush that's worth $25 they are selling for $100! Go over the road to animal tales pet supplies and buy your pet supplies instead it's value for money and normally priced.. I thought petstock would be cheaper considering it's a large brand but they are a total rip off. Don't bother wasting your money paying up to 3x the actual price.

It seems way overpriced for the dog item we needed. But I am not up with current prices of dog items, as I only like cats. U had better take more notice of dog lovers than me.Sorry.
