The staff is extremely rude. There was an elderly lady and a young girl working in the store today. I needed to return a faulty product and the staff was extremely rude and unconcerned. Firstly the elderly lady refused the refund even though the product I bought last week was faulty. She also refused the store credit. I was not changing because of change of mind.I said I would look for something else and she did not care at all. I found another product and asked for the price from another team member as it was not written on the tag in front. The young girl really had a rude attitude and told me the wrong price without checking. I asked her again and she gave me the same wrong price. When I asked her for the product as she was sitting in the way she showed a bad attitude and got the product for me and then sat down again. After a few minutes no one came to serve me so I asked her to put it through. She made a face and stood up to put it through. I told her why she was showing an attitude. She was implying as if all the customers were a burden on her and her only job was to fix the stock. The elderly lady started shaking her head.I have been a loyal customer of house" for many years but would never return to the Parramatta store again."

I went into house hornsby and politely asked for a refund and the customer service rep absolutely snapped at me out of nowhere. She was so angry with me for requesting a refund. There is no store credit under $25, luckily mine was $40. They try and bully you into exchanging something right there in the store. 'What's cooking' offer better service and a better returns policy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was shocked and disappointed by them today. I have been a regular customer of HOUSE and all of my kitchen is from HOUSE since I came to Australia.I bought a Cellar Tonic Jug from them in May 2021. Only after one use it developed a crack (please see attached photos). I couldn’t come to Wespoint Parramatta as I didn’t have any work there and COVID restrictions didn’t allow me to go beyond 5km radius at the time.However, I finally decided to get it done and today, I went to HOUSE, Wespoint Shopping Centre, Parramatta. They REFUSED to return the jug saying that “IT HAS BEEN LONG TIME SINCE IT WAS BOUGHT AND THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!” Whoever the salesperson went and talked to, didn’t even come and see the jug, neither did she take it with her to show it to the store manager.I’ve been member of HOUSE and have bought things from other (HOUSE) stores including Eastgardens and have never had such a horrible experience. Go o some other store! Buy online! But NEVER come to this store if you want to be treated the way any customer is treated (with trust and respect) in Australia.House Parramatta gave me an experience I would never forget and would never return to this store. Absolutely disgusted!

We bought a cookware set worth 300$. I spent this big amount to ensure the non stick cookware is of good quality. I wanted to make sure my baby’s food is cooked in good quality products. Nightmare!!!! The vessels leave black residue when wiped with cloth every time its out of dishwasher. It clearly says dishwasher safe engraver behind each vessel. Store manager said it has to be washed in a particular setting and blah blah.. and is refusing refund. On top of all the toxins i fed my baby all these days unknowingly, now i am not even given my money back so that i can buy decent products elsewhere!!! Horrible service! Worth product. Brand is barracat.

Disgusting ....highly unsatisfiedwe purchase as $400 Baccarat 10 pieces utensils (stainless steel) with 25 year warranty. Just a month after they are looking ugly and full of stains. i also bought a $10 cleaning product recommend by store and also wiping off after wash but not improvement.i requested to return them, they simply said its water damage. Actually, i do not know how to clean utensils without water. Regretting on my choice.Never recommended to any one

love the staffs, they are very accommodating and would do their best to help you with the items you needed and prices are very competitive.

I came to brought a gilf for friend, was impressed with range of Xmas stuffs. and start make a lovely conversation with staff (it was a lady with hair tie to her back). She seems nice til she processed my payment, she kept asking my account which I don’t remember it and she became so rude to ask me while I said dont worry about record my point or put under my account because I have someone pick me up and I have to go. My voice was like begging her to finish it asap. She kept asking what my surname is? And she said “oh you dont remember your surname” OMG how rude it is...Terrible service in the end and 1 point is for lovely stuffs I have seen there not for quality or service at all.Never come back
