Very good store and very friendly staff. First time in they had a variety of products and the prices are negotiable. Good sales. Only downside is they don’t have lots of men’s items

It is really sad, the way they treat customer is horrible especially the Store Manager. Till the last moment, she made us feel unwanted even though we bought quite a few things.Disrespectful store, not recommended.

Fantastic service from all the staff at Prouds especially Lisa! So patient and kind when helping Mum try on lots of different watches. Honest, professional service and always happy to help.

I will never buy from Prouds Jewellers ever again. My husband bought me a tennis bracelet last September, set with small diamonds for my 60th birthday from Prouds Joondalup, and the first time I wore it the clasp became completely jammed. The clasp was obviously faulty as neither of us could undo it and while trying to unclasp it, one of the links slightly bent. I took it back as I had a warranty but was told they would have to send it to their head office jewellers to be assessed and repaired. When I returned weeks later I was told by a very rude young sales assistant that “I must have caught it on something” and so they wouldn’t honour the warranty and it would cost $50 to repair! After one wear!Now my daughter has had the same issue with a baby bracelet that broke the first time it was put on. She took it to Prouds Innaloo and paid $50 to have one tiny link repaired as it was a gift, and the second time she put it on it broke again! Lift your game Prouds and the quality of your gold or you will lose many more customers at this rate. If this has happened to two people in one family in the space of a few months, I wonder how many others have been affected in the same way?? Very unsatisfied customers and if I could I would have given a zero star rating for poor quality jewellery, disregarding warranties and rude service.

Received exceptionally rude service from Store Manager Vicky who asked for ID and lied claiming it was store policy". I have never been treated this way at a jeweler and spent my money elsewhere. Have read on other reviews that a few people have had this experience at other Prouds stories - particularly hijabi women. Humiliating and absolutely discrimination based on looks & race. Do better."

I would like to say a huge thank you to your wonderful Joondalup staff member Brianna she was so helpful today just awesome. Always impressed by the great service I receive at Prouds stores and I always get a great deal as well. Highly recommend them.

Was shocked to be treated so poorly when we returned to have our new engagement ring resized. We purchased a care plan with the ring. No enthusiasm and didn’t help with the ring sizing apart from handing me the ring example sizer. I tried asking for help and felt I was shrugged off. Offered no conversation. Replied to our conversation with short, sharp one word answers. We felt completely in the way. Once we receive our newly sized ring we will not return to this store at all and will be advising our friends and family of our personal experience. FYI we were the one customers in store and there were 2 staff at hand. In hindsight we would buy this ring from a competitor.
