I booked a full detail for my car and received online confirmation. The day before the service, I rang the number listed on the website for Mittagong to find out how long a full detail would take. The guy I spoke to advised me and said I could also drop it off earlier if need be. Dropped my car off this morning to be told that they couldn't do a full detail as they didn't have the equipment to do the buffing. It's deliberately deceiving to confirm a service knowing that you can't provide it. What they did do as far as cleaning the car was Ok.

Paid lots of $$$ for a full detail on my RAV4. Looked good on pick up. But, The windscreen and front of car was covered in bug splatter and the carpet and mats were absolutely soaking wet.Won’t be using them again.

The guys were polite and efficient. I had the interior cleaned and polished and my car smelt like new when I picked it up. I was told it would take an hour and it did.

Asked for a good interior clean.outside was reasonably done. but the dash still had ciggertte ash on it was only vacuumed around mats not under and charged $80 I could have paid a 16 kid to do a better job will not go back
