Michelle recently sold one of my properties - she is an outstanding real estate agent and I highly recommend her services. Something in particular that I was extremely impressed with and grateful for, is that Michelle came up with a plan for renovating the “tired” property to make it presentable, and within a tight budget. Her plan covered all details including which trades people to hire and the time frame to bring each of them in. Not only did the property look stunning after the improvements, but Michelle stayed within budget, which I believe is almost unheard of. More generally, as is usually the case with property sales, there were a few blips along the way that were out of anyone’s control, but Michelle solved these issues cleverly, calmly and efficiently. I felt 100% confident knowing that I was being guided by Michelle’s expertise, and her extremely calm and efficient manner. It was a pleasure working with Michelle and she comes with my highest recommendation.
