Was really pleased to work with James for our wedding. From the start he was easy to work with, replied to our messages and understood what we were after.The photos arrived quickly afterwards (10 days). James went out of his way to capture our day and we just love the photo memories we have to look back on. James is a lovely human and amazing at what he does! He really was able to capture such fun and candid photos of our day. James is easy going and flexible and would recommend him to others in a heartbeat!

If you've been following Lost in a Daze you'll know that James' photography is real, unvarnished and completely captures the joy in every moment. While he does a great posed picture if the moment calls for it (like with our troupe of very excited flower girls), the magic is in the moments that are captured when you aren't looking. We've had our photos for a month or so now and every time I go through them I discover something I haven't seen - an expression, an action, a conversation - that I would never have seen without James on the ground. He is an absolute delight to have around and all our guests have commented how much they enjoyed meeting him; he was totally unobtrusive while at the same time being a generally fabulous addition to our guest list. If you've been trying to decide on a photographer, Lost in a Daze is the one you've been searching for.

James was absolutely amazing! We found James after we lost our photographer due to covid venue changes, and if anything great came from covid it was this change we made. Our wedding photos are absolutely incredible and I am so grateful we found you when we did. The day was rainy and flood water everywhere around our venue and the beauty that you captured from that drab day is just absolutely incredible.From the beginning you matched our vibe, you photograph the couples naturally and that’s what we wanted. No awkward camera moments, and every single one of our photos is incredible from that day! You made us both so comfortable on the day even though we had only really met through skype due to covid. You fit in perfectly with us and every single photo you have captured is just perfection. If you’re thinking about booking James for your wedding…. DO IT! I can absolutely not recommend him enough. He went above and beyond on the day and truely felt like one of our mates on the day. Our photos are beyond insane. He captured the fun and love on the day - this is totally priceless. I highly recommend James from Lost in a Daze Co. He is beyond talented with his classic and timeless photography style, and I couldn't be happier with our wedding album.
