After sales service is non existent. Promised to get back to us but didn't bother. We have had to fix silly mistakes on their part at our own expense ... After paying for the kitchen. Gave them specifications for exhaust fan but it didn't fit. Cupboard above fridge has wrong sized doors. Would not use them again.

I heard about Amorini Kitchens on the radio & from the moment I entered their showroom I was very impressed. The planning of my kitchen was handled quickly and when I changed my mind about the format I was treated with courtesy. The kitchen was delivered on the date given to me and the quality is excellent. Good quality new cabinets, but these are left overs of commercial projects. Don't expect a lot of customization, as you can only buy whats left in stock. These guys were upfront and to the point, they gave me full product info. Stock was delivered inside the house by their freight supplier.

Purchased a kitchen through Amorini, had awesome service and Karen was very helpful in the design process all the way through to delivery and install. Best part was the cabinets were prebuilt. Will be using them again for future projects.

Our kitchen is a dream come true. Karen was very easy to speak to and went out of her way to help. The kitchen drawers have the best closing system that I have seen (after making many comparisons with high end kitchen companies). Our final price was far less than any comparable quote - So we are very happy.

We have recently purchased a kitchen from Amorini Kitchens in Clayton. From the first time we spoke with David Robertson until the kitchen was installed by Kieran we have nothing but praise for this company. The design and quotation worked well and suited our budget. The delivery using Rocket Removals was on time to the hour. The installation was to a very high standard of workmanship by Kieran, he worked throughout the day until the job was complete, he was meticulous in setting up the kitchen. The surprising aspect is the actual quality of the kitchen, we are very proud owners of a beautiful kitchen. I stumbled across them by chance when I was looking for a DIY option. I wasn't sure where to start and I'm so glad I made that call to Janet. Nothing was too much trouble. I came in to see her with my three children and I never thought I'd be able to order a kitchen with my kids in tow but she was so patient and understood what I needed and designed the ideal kitchen for me at a very affordable price - I would never consider DIY again! Everything was available in about 2 weeks and it was all built, ready to install. Having never renovated a kitchen before, it made the process seamless. The cupboards, handles and soft close drawers were high quality, even the backs to the cabinets were thick and solid unlike some major chains cabinetry. My friends jaws have dropped at our transformation and price. The only regret you will have is if you don't take that chance and call Janet like I did. Lowest quality product, if you want to loose your hard earned money buy from these guys.Bench top cracked within one day and they accuse you of standing on it when the house was vacant. Warranty and service are non existent, if you have a problem they will laugh at you (Karen) and tell you its not covered.These people will really stitch you up boasting quality bench tops, quality cabinets. The things you find out later arethey don't fit with substrates (the support under the bench top. When the cook top cut in by the kitchen installer as most do it will just split under its own weight.The single worst experience i have had dealing with a supplier. Once they've taken your money that's it. Consider buying from a reputable company the price seems good at first glance but once price of installation, the return over the long term and all the heartache of seeing something so poor that cost the price of a quality measure and quote kitchen its simply just not worth it.
