David was lovely and probably the nicest person I’ve ever met in a supermarket!

Went to store this morning and couldn’t find pak choy asked for assistance from Woman packing box’s she told me to ask someone in produce section even though she was right next to produce didn’t want assist at found a younger woman packing eggs she told me they should be up the end of row not helpful either reason I asked for assistance because no one was in produce however had other things to buy on my list went to frozen food freezer and lovely young woman named Dean went and got items I was looking for as they were pushed to back of shelve. Big difference to previous two unhelpful women. By this time I was annoyed and left store and purchased remaining items on my list from Coles who had what I was looking for. Also when paying at counter in Woolworths male assistant didn’t know how to process my eGift card. I telephoned Manager told him what happened and he said he would talk to people involved. I think online shopping seems to be taking precedence over individual shoppers because most store staff are packing plastic trolleys.

The grocereys are not getting any cheaper, even though Woolies made 19-5 billion profit for 2022/ 2023

Staff are very rude here. Won't shop here again, unless I don't have much of a choice due to lack of products at other shops.

Woolies! It wasn’t a big one, but it has what was required. However it didn’t have fresh buns. That was disappointing. Otherwise was tidy and same same as other Woolworths Supermarkets taking one star off for the buns!

Friendly, good stock choices, lots of price mark downs.Promo lines seem less, Seasonal lines are where most variety in goods and pricing happens.Fresh produce is A grade and competitively priced. Deli hot lines should expand the T/A options to include singular items such as samosas, filo pastry savoury lines and designer sausage rolls. Deli is fresh and varied but could do with a product revamp and expansion.Many staff are older, which is better as they are not moving on after school, so service in that demographic is consistantly genuine and patient.Store is quite clean with fruit and veg well maintained, stock drawn forward frequently.5 stars as its a big ship to steer straight.

Needs much more space, always busy and a struggle to get up and down aisles, lack of registers open when busy

Fast service hot chocolate is yum. Always well priced fuel
