I am very happy with our new CCTV system. Luke made sure that everything was set up the way we wanted, even if it took him more time to complete it. He responded promptly to all messages and turned up when he said he would. He patiently answered all my questions and said that I could contact him again if I needed any more help. Luke at GV CCTV has been very informative and explained exactly what he would recommend for our Home Security system. He was great with communication with us on dates / times that he would attend my home to complete a comprehensive quote (that he emailed to me that same day). He explained the time and process involved in installing my system. He didn’t push to “upsell” me to a system that was bigger than our requirements.I would highly recommend Luke and the GV CCTV business.
