Trying to collect a parcel for 3 days now. Staff are terrible at communicating and offering any help, sometimes just walking away. Some clear directions would be appreciated.

Staff are a but rude. Wouldn't let me collect my parcel even though i had the app open for her to scan the collection qr code. I went to show her my digital drivers license and she Said no to me collecting my parcel as i needed physical ID. Aus post webstie states you can use digital ID and i have done many times in other states. Also never try to call them because they never answer the phone.

Does not know what a digital licence is , refused to hand me my parcel with letters in my name and address and a photo of my licence . Disgraceful

The woman work there is really rude, she rejected my passport and saying the photo is not right, and made me come back and force 2times, the photo was taken by the passport photo precessional, when I asked the the reason but she cannot provide valid reason, however same photo has been accepted by other post, please don’t go to this LPO!
