Visited this office with my 80 year old mother. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and willing to listen and assist. It is very difficult for elderly people without any computer facilities to go through the processes.Chris was patient and understanding and I couldn’t fault the service we received. My mother was very anxious when we arrived as she had heard many horror stories from her friends. She left smiling and very pleased with the service she received. Thank you Chris.

Took my mum here to try and get her a widows pension but unfortunately she did not qualify which was a little disappointing. I found the staff to be super friendly and very helpful, if you are polite to them, ive course they are going to try and help you. We were there for about 3 hours as they were probably a little understaffed but unfortunately it is the thousands of people who are wroughting the system that are making it terrible for the people who are actually trying to do the right thing. If you are coming to any centrelink i would recommend to not have anything else planned for at least half a day, but remember, if you are nice to them, they are going to be more inclined to help you

went to CentreLink to notify change of address, told to do it on the Web, cannot find it, was directed to Face book. tried to telephone it asked for my CRN when I said it they asked for it again, and then cut me off. God help Australia. I don't think the Government can !!!

Their website says that they're a Medicare Service Centre, but when I drove all the way there they told me that they're only a 'virtual' office. What??? All they had to do was take my pre-filled Medicare form from me and site my ID. That's all, and they couldn't manage that. Wasted a day of my time.

My partner and I have been here 3 times to try and sort out family subsidies and benifets due to refered from their phone lines to go in person. Each time the unhelpful staff here have told us before we've even sat down that they are unable even look at our claim/not trained to look at our claim/Don't have the time to look at our claim. If you want to waste a morning not sorting anything out, this is the place for you.

I went into the new office at Victoria Crescent today and it was the best experience I've had in a Centrelink office. Efficient, painless, and I was in and out in 20 minutes thanks to helpful staff. Cheers!
