It's a warm and happy place, lovely staff and the flowers are just gorgeous. The staff are always willing to help with ideas for your special occasion and make you feel valued. Highly recommended

Unbelievable service would not recommend to anyone, placed order a week before for engagement event and still managed to missed the order, waited 45 minutes for them to make it again with roses missing. Service was absolute rubbish had to also pay the remaining balance, please please If you’re seeing this review consider if you really want this incident to happen to you. And to the business owner please learn how to run your business and how to treat customers. Definitely not happy and won’t be coming back.

Went in today I grabbed 2 bouquets of flowers for Mother’s Day. The lady approached me which seemed to be the owner of the business as it is a family business. I greeted and said “hello how are you?” She walks up to me and grabbed the bouquets out of my hand and takes them to the front without saying a word. Told the cashier total and walked away. Although I still purchased the 2 bouquets I would highly recommend not coming here. As the customer service is rubbish

I received some beautiful fresh flowers and a Palm Beach Co. candle hamper as a gift. It was beautifully arranged and wrapped. Luxury items indeed!

I bought my wife dozen roses for Valentine's Day 14/2/22 for $180 and they didn't even last 2 days.I am a local and will never buy any flowers from them again.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I’m not one to post a review. But today the “senior florist” apparently was there. Was too busy to talk to me. Kept saying I needed an appointment but when I rang 2 weeks ago to make one and I got told to come on in and no need to book, I drove 45 mins to bass hill to be told she’s too busy today and come back another time, she has 3 other people standing around pretty much doing nothing. Loose the attitude hun and make sure all your staff know the correct thing to say when people phone up and enquire.

This shop doesn’t even deserve one star, I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with them needs to be shared. I came to the shop with 3 small plastic pots to fill them for me with flowers, I showed them the colours I want( they had a ready made bouquet for 65$ And I told them I want the same) in smaller size and my budget is 50$ each. The lady at the shop said she cant make it for that price, it needs a lot of work and art, she will do it in a very special way for me, she cant touch it for less than 85$. I wanted it to look really nice so I accepted to pay 85$ each. And the surprise was when I came to collect it!!! It was just like the ready made one, in a smaller size ( almost 1/2 of the size), nothing special at all, just a bouquet and she filled the jars with water to put the bouquet inside. I could have done this by myself!!! Very disappointing!!! I paid more for less than the ready made 65$!!

I’ve been getting my flowers here for a while now. The guy that serves me is always friendly, the flowers usually last us a week or two and they look great too.

Went there to get some loose flowers to make my own arrangement, tall lady with black long hair told me to just get an arrangement already made from her front I told her they were too pricy and she replied by saying “we’ll I don’t want to be here working on a Saturday” not very nice people. And FYI THEIR FLOWERS DONT LAST 2 DAYS! you’re better off getting Aldi flowers.
