Wonderful caring, knowledgeable staff.Have within the time of having my almost 12 year old dog tried a couple of vets nearer to our home but after a couple of visits head right back to Goodna Veterinary Surgery as in my opinion they are the best for care and value for money.Never disappointed in service or worrying they haven’t given the right advice. Especially now as we’re heading into end of life with our boy.Best of all they’re more than happy to get down on the floor and have my old man lick them to keep him happy as that’s his thing ☺️They have also been very supportive of our younger dog as he has behavioural/high anxiety issues and really take the time to talk to me and listen to our concerns then direct us to the best way forward which is helping immensely.Great job to all within the clinic.

10/10 service from today from all staff including vet tech, vet nurse and reception staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the best care of my beautiful Bella The care you took of Bella. She was even discharged with a bow saying I'm so brave and she even had puppy perfume on

Excellent care and service. It was an emergency and the staff went above and beyond. Speedily actioning my concerns and addressed my dogs issues all with extreme care and compassion for myself and my dog. Highly recommend. Very clean and professional environment.

They were caring and compassionate throughout the whole experience, showing so much understanding from the staff and being explained each step along the way. I've been twice for both my dog and today for my munchkin cat in which case I can say that we've been looked after with utmost care. The questions asked to make sure everything was okay and the explanation for everything has been absolutely stellar! You couldn't ask for anything more visiting, and the fact I knew I could trust leaving my beloved son to have his operation made me know that he was in good hands.

Very professional, lots smiles and support from staff, great service, which is so reassuring when your pet isn't the best. They send out reminder for due dates on Vaccinations which is great. I have lots of pets so I can pay in instalments with after pay.Waiting room is excellent, different sections for dogs and cats. Double doors on entry, security for your pets safety. Plenty of parking out the back and also have St Ives parking.

Our first time here as first time puppy owners! The service was great, the staff were so lovely and made us feel comfortable. They also treated our little fur baby and made sure we understood everything to do with his care. 10/10
