From Sam the owner, Masyn and Lil in the office and the guys in the trucks our removal experience was first rate. All questions and scenarios were patiently explained and when our house settlement was delayed,Sam was very accommodating and flexible and made a very stressful time much easier. The guys were friendly and polite and worked non stop, making for a very fast packing and unpacking service. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving near or far.

Great interstate moving experience with Vault. Could not fault the customer service or move itself, although I did have one furniture image damaged somewhere along the line, but that was addressed by the furniture manufacturer who sent me a new handle for free. Other than that, Sam, Dave, and Chris, plus the boys on the Victorian end of things were all wonderful.Would, and am, going to use Vault again!

Two weeks ago the guys from Vault moved our household goods to our new location. Dave, Jacoby and Phillip did a fabulous job, with some very heavy furniture.They were professional and very pleasant — really nice guys. Which made a big difference to the whole experience.Well done fellas!
