I am sorry to say but I think I was excepting an exceptional job after reading so many good comments about this place. I nearly had to wait for 1.5 hours to get to my turn. Barber spent around 30 minutes in each of the customer before me but my haircut was done in like 5 to 10 minutes. Just a side cut and a little bit of touch on the top. Not a good job my side still burns! Sorry but this was my last time.

This is the best barber experience I have had since coming to Sydney. The quality of the haircut provided by Appu is top notched. The shop is on the second level, follow the stairs next to ANZ on the left hand side and go straight.

Terrible place. I use to be a regular but the standard has gone down so much now. The so called senior barber is the worst. Does not follow instructions and has no proper cutting technique. Cuts so haphazardly and with no care. Does not understand basic techniques like tapering and was not able to follow even after showing pictures. Also used a dry blade on skin leaving scratches. Hygiene condition is horrendous. While cutting the barber kept dropping the comb and continued to use the same comb afterwards. Will not be returning.

I'm usually very particular about my barber and I have to say this place offers excellent service. The staff are extremely talented and really know what they are doing. I would recommend this shop to anyone!Parking on the road in front of the shop is easy to find and it's just in front of the train station.

Reasonable price, good service, attention to detail. I asked for a skin to fade which is going from 1 straight up the side and nothing off the top, which cost $25. He took his time to do the job properly and also finished off the edges with a cut throat razor around the back which gives a good finish. He used a fresh blade as well, and I was happy with the result.

I've been around most of the shops around the area and I'm glad I finally found this place. Barber paid attention to detail and took his time making sure everything was good. Great service at affordable price.

Very Disappointed by the Haircut I was given. Spent most of lockdown growing my hair out and just went in to get my hair tidied up a bit and a small trim. Barber proceeded to cut most of my hair out ruining my middle part and now I'm left looking horrible. It's taken 4-5 months to get my hair long and for the barber to cut it off leaving me with a short haircut after I told him to only give me a small trim and tidy up is thoroughly underwhelming. I've now got to go through that awkward stage again for another 4-5 months which is very unpractical. My haircut is a joke.Wish the Barber took a bit more care

Asked for a 1.5 fade up to a trim on top and showed with my fingers in my hair how short I normally have it. I also stated that I don't often style my hair but when I do I just put a bit of product in and style it messy.I don't know what was done but certainly doesn't look like a 1.5 fade I've had in any other barbers (travelling around, so constantly getting my hair cut at different places)He scissor cut the top and asked if it looked good, I asked him to go a bit shorter and keep the fringe the same length as the rest of the top. He took it shorter and I asked again for him to make the fringe the same length as the rest.He confirmed it was the same length.. I didn't think it was but he could see better than me so I took his word for it.He then wet my hair, combed it all forward and apiked my fringe directly up, I thought this was when he was going to cut the fringe shorter but then he sprayed it with hairspray and said he was finished. I've never been so confused while having a haircut.My hairline on my neck has been changed significantly and is shaped oddly. I'm glad my hair grows quickly so I'll only look ridiculous for a couple of weeks.The photo outside is how I left the barbers, the others were taken today when someone pointed out the shaping in my neck.

The online thing says 8am on bookwell but it is better to walk in. I booked online and got there at 8am. I was early, I only had to wait 10 mins and got good haircut.5/5 for sure! Maybe just fix the online booking if possible. Thank you for great service.
