As a customer of many years I went in to purchase a sheet of F82 mesh. I took bolt cutters and protective gear so I could cut it to fit in the F100 as I had many times before. The sales people were helpful and easy to get along with, selling me a sheet and directing me to the stock yard where I was then told by different staff I wasn't aloud to cut the mesh in case I hurt myself" and "the sales people should know this

Bought some steel posts and wire from them for a farm. Great service, great value.

The customer service of metal Corp Toowoomba was fine until the delivery driver rocked up.Without knocking on my door or introducing him self he drops the materials off. When I realised he was there I walked out to find him securing his tie downs ready to leave, I mentioned that he could have driven in the drive way (plenty of room to turn around) and put the steel in a better location, his excuse was that he wasn’t sure if he could drive in because of a pink string line on the ground. So instead of putting the steel on the footpath out of the way he unloads it in the middle of my driveway creating another obstacle !!! Being to heavy to carry, he offers to cut the packing strap. I start to move the 6 steel cattle rails out of my driveway and put it inside my property thinking “oh yeah he will help shift it” turn around and he starts driving off, no see ya or any offers to help “because I have all the time in the world”.Lazy, full of excuses, not a care in the world for anyone else, just dump and run, that’s how metal Corp seem to treat customers.
