I have gone to Motor Hospital a few times now and each time I always get amazing service! They call ahead of time to tell me any problems with my car and let me confirm what I want done which is very helpful. As well as being super accommodating to my needs

Excellent serviceI put the work van in to have the transmission oil and filter changed they checked over everything, They then rang to enquire about the timing belt if it had been changed at the required interval which I had completely forgotten about. It was about 50000k past itIf they hadn't made that phone call it could have been catastrophic engine failure.Very happy with the service and the customer service is exceptional.Would recommend and will continue to use.

You book in for a minor service that includes 4 litres of engine oil and filter costing $149 as was indicated in their website, but they end up charging you extra $108 for the engine oil and filter and claiming that it is not included in the $149 service price by explaining that the service price is a labour cost for changing engine oil! However, I argued with them and got refunded for the extra cost.Dodgy place, be prepared to get ripped off!

I took my car which was in good shape here for a routine service, and they gave me a long list of repairs that to my surprise “I needed” which equated to a large sum of money. I went to another mechanic for a second opinion and all of the repairs suggested by Motor Hospital were false and I didn’t need any of them. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.
