I contacted Keith just over a week ago to arrange a quote for upgrading our downlights. He responded promptly and was able to do the work at short notice. I also decided to replace a pendant light (fixed to a very high ceiling), wall light and a number of other switches and RCDs. I was very impressed with Keith's professionalism and positive attitude - nothing was too much trouble for him. The quality of his work was excellent and he was very helpful and patient in explaining the work that was required. Keith installed our new lights and fans for our recent renovation. We also had several halogen downlights we asked him to change over to LED for us as well as replacing all our front lights and installing new light fittings on top of the renovation work he was doing. Keith happily did the extra and was efficient, reliable and approachable. I thought his prices for the services provided were fair and reasonable. We engaged Keith of Next Level Electrical Services for our major home renovation, which included full upgrade of power from supplier, strip out existing wiring and complete new wiring install including assisting in design with layout and lightning types, new fit out of lights and fans internal and external, powering of all new appliances, full security system.
