Place: conveniently located at Harbour town and Surfers Paradise in Gold Coast.Product: wide selection of products, priced well and affordable.Staff is fully aware and knowledgeable of their product, able to suggest items that suits the customers wants and needs.Also the owner is accommodating as he managed to give me a discount despite being warned by the front guy saying he won't budge" when I told him I am going to ask the owner for a discount."

Unfortunately, there is no communication between workers at this place, we went in to add more photos to our shirt and paid for it, then the next day we went back instore, and they weren't even printed they had no idea about it. They like to doubt what the customer has to say. We bought a $100 shirt for a funeral and asked to put photos on this shirt, when we got the shirt back there was 2 stains on it that weren't there before (which we got blamed for). Some of the photos were also creased and marked. We'll be finding somewhere else in the future.

Placed order for more than three weeks, didn’t start making them until the last day before pick up. Customer service is good for some of them but TERRIBLE for the half of them. The design placements didn’t come out according to planned. Do not recommend, not worth the money.

Great job done on my t shirts but unfortunately the caps kept coming back with problems on the lettering/printing. It was eventually rectified after a few goes. I would definitely recommend the t shirt printing but, purely on our experience, I'd get the caps done elsewhere.
